Filigree Art Deco Starburst Camphor Crystal Diamond Drop Pendant Necklace in Sterling Silver

I've come up to the determination that I really take too much jewelry. I know that doesn't sound similar a affair, but I just tin't wear all of it. These treasures deserve new homes where they will exist enjoyed.

To quote Elizabeth Taylor, nosotros are merely temporary custodians of beauty. I've had my fourth dimension with these particular treasures and I'm ready to pass them along to their next keepers. It would give me the greatest thrill to know that jewelry that used to be in my jewelry box is now in yours.

Beautiful antique and vintage rings for sale from my personal jewelry collection. Victorian, vintage and Art Deco.

Jewelry box cleanout: purchase my jewelry!

Over the past x years or so, I've carefully sourced these pieces from jewelry stores, antique shows, dealers I've worked with, friends on Instagram. They've come up to me from different cities, states, and countries.

They're all pieces that I love and believe in (otherwise I wouldn't accept bought them!) but I've decided it's time to prepare them free! 30+ pieces from my personal collection are now available exclusively from Stay Gold.

Vintage and antique jewelry from my personal collection that is now for sale at Stay Gold.

Stay Gold is a thrilling new online jewelry store from my honey friend and jewelry genius Liz Kantner. Stay Gilded's focus is unique, beautifully crafted handmade jewelry; it offers both new and vintage pieces and I am and then excited that my collection gets to be a part of its launch.

As you know, actuality is e'er an important consideration when you're buying antique or vintage jewelry. I sent all of these beauties off to my highly qualified friend Nicholle Mogavero (alias Jewelry Nerd) for evaluation. A lovely, lacy, delicate bracelet from the Art Deco era.

Kicking things off with 1 of the more affordable beauties in the agglomeration!

This utterly romantic bracelet is a gorgeous instance of Art Deco era costume jewelry. Between the pink rock and that gold filigree, whimsical as a garden gate, there's a whole lot to dear here

(Link to higher up bracelet.)

Two antique turquoise rings from my personal jewelry collection, now for sale. One with diamonds, one with opals.
I have a weakness for antique turquoise, particularly when a slice features antique turquoise that has aged in a mode that offers a variety of colors, similar in these 2 pieces.

Turquoise was a popular stone in the Victorian era and for good reason. The left is rosy golden, the right is platinum over yellow golden. Both of these rings are Victorian era, circa 1880. They await and so expert together, don't they? I've paired these 2 in a ring stack many times.

(Find them here and hither.)

I love the beautiful details on this Art Deco era camphor glass and white gold filigree bracelet.

If you've followed Diamonds in the Library for a while, you already know I love camphor glass. This translucent, dreamily frosty material was popular in the Art Deco era and is unremarkably paired with delicate openwork details. It looks like lace and mist and dreams.

This is the only camphor drinking glass bracelet I've ever bought. I'k not much of a bracelet wearer, but I but could not resist this piece. It'due south admittedly flawless and the details are stunning! I have loved seeing it in my jewelry box only somehow it never ends upward on my wrist. Are you the right person to give it a new dwelling?

Exceptional antique camphor glass and filigree necklace with diamond and unusual enamel bird detail.
This piece with the colorful bird is ane of the nigh beautiful camphor glass pieces I've ever seen – I've never seen anything like it anywhere else. The tiny, meaning improver of the colorful bird brings the whispering elegance of the camphor glass and grid to a whole new level. This piece, I'm sad to say, is what sets the top end of the price range.

Antique camphor glass and filigree necklace from the 1920's.
I love the tiny filigree details on this camphor drinking glass necklace: all those narrow, rectangular elements are so compelling, and the piece every bit a whole is such a lovely long shape.

Antique Art Deco era gold tone filigree and campgor glass necklace.
Gold filigree! My personal camphor glass collection is entirely defective in gold grid – it'southward more unusual than the white. I recall this piece is beautiful.

Antique camphor glass necklace with pearls, black onyx, and filigree details.
Speaking of camphor glass with a twist: how smashing is the onyx detail on this pendant? I love that chain, besides, with the grid links and pearls. Find it hither.

Antique Art Deco camphor glass, three-color gold, and diamond ring with filigree and floral details.
A pretty camphor glass ring, or THE PRETTIEST camphor glass ring? With that lovely filigree and tri-color xanthous/rose gold floral details, I remember information technology's making a stiff instance for the latter.

Antique Art Deco black camphor glass, filigree, and rhinstone necklace by Ostby Barton.
This unusual beauty is by the notable Ostby Barton. I didn't realize camphor drinking glass could be black, but that'due south what the listing says this is and from the detail photos, I'm inclined to believe information technology. It'south such a striking juxtaposition of colors, with the calorie-free tendrils of filigree snaking across the glossy dark surface. I also adore the baguette shaped rhinestone particular above the pendant bond – deliciously geometric is that Art Deco way I love and then much.

Art Deco camphor glass brooch with sapphires and a diamond.
This brooch is similar a lesson in the Art Deco aesthetic, with its shut, precise lines of the grid stripes juxtaposed with the delicate floral elements and the broad, clean expanse of the camphor drinking glass punctuated by the hexagonally-ready diamond with its flanked sapphires. Delectable.

Antique Art Deco rock crystal, diamond, and white gold filigree necklace.
This necklace is really rock crystal: the more than expensive fabric that camphor glass was intended to mimic. I think information technology'south exquisite; simple and delicate, with whispers of grid.

What do y'all think of the selection, my dears? Will any of y'all exist adding a camphor glass piece to your collection after perusing this tempting buffet?

If that'southward not enough, here are some more (all under $200): pretty with flowers, pocket-sized and rectangular, small with a star, oval with filigree on chain, larger oval with filigree, very cool with silhouette, simple oval, cute chunky rectangle, pointy ends, and oval with chrysoprase. These get a listing because their photos aren't blogworthy, but they withal look like good options.

Maejean Vintage has iii categories of particular excellence, in my totally biased opinion: pretty niggling antique necklaces, gilt lockets, and pretty little antiquarian rings; all of which I commonly want to buy and which are often in my personal Kryptonite price range of $150-$450. This 1930'south-1940's lavalier is a great example: it's sugariness, lovely, eminently wearable, and under $400.

The more than jewelry I look at, the more I lean towards unusual pieces. I adore all of these charismatic antique rings, especially the picayune garnet and pearl Victorian band and the Roman warrior hematite.
